I have lots of interests and I can easily get distracted such that I do not accomplish what I would like in the timeframe I would like. Part of the reason I decided to blog is to hold myself accountable. That is why I keep a monthly To Do list posted on the side. I started the month with a fairly simple list as I did not want to set myself up for failure.
The sewing plan has been developed. Mainly, my intent was to develop a strategy for which pieces to sew next. I currently have a backlog of nine projects listed; I figure that will be enough projects to keep me busy for awhile.
I have developed a first pass on an updated budget. I need to do a little more refining and tweaking but at least I have an updated plan.
Regarding the shrubs and flowerbeds, this item is really a shortened version of the January gardening tasks listed here. In reality, these tasks will continue into February as well.
- Put away holiday decor. (Check)
- Paint the hallway. (In progress)
- Develop a sewing plan. (Check)
- Update the budget. (In progress)
- Trim shrubs and clean up flowerbeds. (The front yard and east side of the carport are done.)
